Welcome to Brookfield Honey

Pure Hampshire honey from a small family apiary in West End.

Our bees live at Brookfield, the home where Richard grew up. From there they fly out across the hedgerows, gardens and field edges within about three miles of their hives. What they bring back is a light, gently fruity honey, mostly from bramble blossom, the same flowers that give us blackberries in late summer.

We keep things simple: we look after our bees carefully, take only the honey they can spare, and jar it with care.

Local Honey, Naturally Sourced and Lightly Filtered.

Made by nature. Cared for by us. Enjoyed by you.

Collection and online ordering both start on 25 November 2026. Until then you are welcome to get in touch with enquiries or to register your interest — see Contact. From 25 November, see Our Honey to order.
