Our Honey

Close-up of a 454g (1 lb) jar of Brookfield Honey, Pure Hampshire Honey, with ivy and crab apples

Bramble Honey from West End

Local Honey, Naturally Sourced and Lightly Filtered.

Our honey is mostly made from bramble (blackberry) blossom, gathered by our bees within about three miles of Brookfield. It's light golden, mild and smooth, with a gentle fruity note. It's lovely on toast, stirred into porridge or yoghurt, or straight off the spoon.

Each harvest is a little different, depending on the weather and what's in flower, so every batch has its own page. Scan the QR code on your lid to see yours.

Good to know

Not suitable for infants under 12 months. Store at room temperature. Honey may naturally set (crystallise). That's a sign of real honey, and it's easy to make runny again (see the FAQ).
